Our solution offers platforms, switch stations, and carts for transporting finished modules to storage. The platforms consist of a flat steel floor where the assembly of floors and walls takes place. Our platforms ensure that everything is aligned and square from the start.
Our height-adjustable wheel tracks are positioned 4, 5, or 6 in width at appropriate intervals to provide sufficient load-bearing capacity for transporting the modules. The modules can either be moved manually or pushed along the wheel tracks using hydraulics. The wheel tracks can be recessed into the floor, or if installed on the floor, we can make them swiveling to allow passage through the track with a forklift. The wheel tracks are then swiveled away using pneumatics.
In the example shown in the image, platforms are placed beside the line at the same level as the floor inside the module, making it smooth and safe to work.
With 60 years of combined experience, we specialize in balancing production flows in volumetric modular factories, and we assist you with design and takt time calculations for maximum productivity.
