Framing Stations

Our automated framing station, controlled by a CAD file, saves floor space by ensuring the machine is no longer than the element. The element is secured during nailing, improving quality, while nail pushers enhance safety and reduce noise. A conveyor system can be added for efficient stud feeding.

Manual framing stations adjust in width for easier access and precise nailing. The adjustable press force ensures the framework is properly aligned. Manual framing tables can be closed to keep insulation etc. from falling down, or open to allow for work inside the station near the element.

For heavy elements like CLT, motorized chains are ideal. Rollers can also be added as an alternative transportation method.
